Our firm places great importance on providing a clear explanation of our services and fees, so that you can place your order with peace of mind.
Services and Fees
Our fees are a guideline for general applications. Additional fees may apply depending on your situation, but please rest assured that we always provide a detailed estimate before signing a contract and only begin work once you are satisfied. We will first discuss your situation in detail and propose the optimal plan and estimate. Please feel free to consult with us.
As a general rule, half of the initial fee is paid upon request, and the remaining balance is paid after the application is submitted. In the unlikely event that the application is denied due to reasons attributable to our firm, the remaining payment is not required.
※In the unlikely event that a case submitted by our firm is denied, we will provide up to two reapplications free of charge. However, reapplications will not be permitted in the following cases:
Cases for which we have already informed you that there is a high possibility of denial before the application is submitted. If the denied application contains false statements or declarations.
If the client is subject to deportation.
Please note that we will not refund the initial fee paid if any of the following conditions apply.
If, for reasons of your own volition, you cancel or withdraw your request after the work has begun or after your application has been submitted. If your application is denied (denied issuance) or our office suspends or terminates our work due to the fact that you provided false information or a false explanation, or that a violation of laws and regulations is discovered.
Actual costs associated with the application, such as revenue stamp fees, certificate acquisition fees (resident registration card, family register, etc.), translation fees, and transportation costs, will be charged separately.
